Quiet and discretely, Drepdem announces a nice little something for you in the shape of a three track EP.

On this release Drepdem has created a more ambient and personal experience, sounds to sleep to, sounds to die to.

Inspired by the never ending universe, the loss of elders and questions never answered. The sounds were recorded “live” and intimate in a room that is no more. Alot of dark matter, for that matter.

Trams
Seven tracks that came to existence somewhere in between 2006-2007. The album is a ride with sounds that are harsh, bombastic and white noise is to be expected.

Kontinent
This EP contains four tracks. Beginning the ride with the track “Kaffe” we finally end up in the dreamy little tale of “Världar.” Mellow synthezisers, unrest, uneasy soundscapes.

Slätt
The single “Slätt” is a coffee-stained fever ride of oscillating synthezisers.

Avskavd has the honour to present “I of the Mourning” a swedish noise/drone act who which recently did a live performance at Perspectives Festival in Västerås Sweden. As a matter of fact, this post has nothing to do with avskavd, really. We just wanted to promote some friends of ours who has helped out alot, two creative minds who deserves a bit more attention and respect. The music is far from what we create and/or release but if youre open minded you should really give this a go. There is some groovy beats and smart funny lyrics embedded in this “alternative/indie/hiphop/IDM” band.

yes, it is here, Diagnos Död – Full, Kåt och Noll i Puls. The legendary punk album which was originally supposed to be released back in 1999, but due to economical problems the band ordered their cd to be produced but they never had the money to actually redeem their record. How perfect wouldn’t it be to release it for free? This time without warning, right here on Avskavd.

so fuck you if you don’t download this! you heard me! I’m in a punk mood..and its fucking free goddamnit!

If you still feel like paying for it and actually want a physical copy its no problem. Just drop a comment with your e-mail and we will give you further instructions on how to get your hands on a copy with graphic sleeve and all for just 1,95 euro (20 kr om du heter Svensson) by the way, if you want a copy of drepdem,the same goes there, just drop a comment with your e-mail.

This release will however not be limited…we will print the cd’s and cover art by demand, but one day, when were feeling punk we may just stop to produce the cd. Fuck yeah.
